As a full-time real-estate agent with Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, Karaline Brasher is dedicated to helping her clients accomplish their home goals. She brings marketing expertise, strategic negotiation skills and financial acumen from her career in buying with a Fortune 500 company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. From her years of experience with two top retail brands, she knows what extraordinary service looks like - and how to provide it to her clients. The local and global reach of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty allows Karaline to provide sellers with superior marketing for their listings and to provide buyers with unique opportunities, such as knowledge of properties before they ever go on the market. She is devoted to helping all her clients expertly navigate the fast-paced, growing North Texas real-estate market. A Kansas City native, Karaline moved to Fort Worth in 2008 and fell in love with its people, communities and hometown atmosphere. She graduated magna cum laude with honors from Texas Christian University, majoring in fashion merchandising and Spanish and Hispanic studies. After graduation, she spent five years in the fast-paced fashion and home décor industries. She worked in buying, marketing and product development for two Fortune 500 companies in the D-FW area: Her keen eye for design and her negotiation skills are now valuable assets to her real-estate clients. Buying or selling a home is an impactful decision and Karaline wants to make the process as stress-free as possible. She strives to provide transparency, tact and professionalism in every interaction. Karaline and her husband, Nathan, met working at Kanakuk Kamps while both attending TCU and were married in 2012. Along with their son, Leo, and two dogs, they reside near downtown Fort Worth. They love visiting Sundance Square, riding their bikes on Trinity Trails and taking Leo to TCU sporting events. Karaline has served as a Young Life leader, as a volunteer at the American Cancer Society's Cowtown Ball and as a volunteer for CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocates for abused and neglected children. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
